We’re different, we get it. A few years ago, we identified a major issue in the creative industry. The rapid advancements in technology made it possible for anyone to create high-quality visuals at a fraction of the cost. While this accessibility was a welcome change, it also created an oversaturated market with thousands of unvetted options for clients to choose from. On top of that, we noticed a concerning trend of creatives being undervalued, overworked, and underpaid.

We knew there had to be a better way. We set out to create a solution that nobody else was thinking about – a consolidated space that would bring together the best creatives in the country to collaborate, learn from each other, and build something bigger than themselves. Our goal was to create an environment where creativity could thrive, where clients could feel confident in the quality of work they received, and where creatives could be valued and compensated fairly. This led to the birth of our company and we’ve been pushing boundaries and breaking down barriers ever since.

We also noticed trends of creatives getting taken advantage of with workload, unfair compensation (sometimes not even getting paid at the end of the job), and more. 

So we asked ourselves “what if there was a better way? What if there was a solution to this that no one is thinking about? What if we could consolidate the space and create something that allowed some of the best creatives in the country to come together, collaborate, learn from each other, grow and ultimately build something bigger than themselves that results in lasting, positive impact for the entire creative community as a whole?”.
